Managed and maintained a 92 unit apartment complex in Mesa, AZ. Responsible for the upkeep of the property which included overseeing the lawn care personnel, swimming pool and maintenance personnel. Made sure that all work orders requested by the tenants, were taken care of immediately. Ordered all maintenance supplies and equipment and performed any and all maintenance duties as required. Attended and received a Multi-Crime Free Housing certificate through the Mesa Police Department.
