-Hebron Fire Station Renovation : Met timeline and Budget goals for the addition and remodel of the Hebron Fire
Station in Hebron Ohio
-Newark High School addition and Renovation: Came in under budget on a multi-phased renovation and addition
project. Time was of the essence and projected was completed both during summer hours and while school was in
session. Trouble shooted and solved many structural problems and issues related to out of date drawings.
Allstate Contractors, LLC Canal Winchester, OH 2003-2010 General/Project Manager: General Contractor, Sales,
Managed Projects on commercial side of business, handled sub-contractors, constant clientele interaction, oversaw clear
wire installations, prepare and execute contracts, oversaw all aspects of operating the business. Project manage all
commercial applications over $1mm.
HY-LIGHT PROJECTS
-Department of Corrections Renovation: Met timeline and Budget for the Ohio Department of Correction on 770
Broad St in Columbus, OH. We completed the complete interior demolition and renovation by implementing a 24hr 6 day
a week operation. Through the use of a network of Sub-Contractors and in-house employees we delivered to project 2
weeks early and under budget.
-Certified Station and 8 Units low rise: Managed and oversaw the successful completion of the certified station
and adjoining storefront properties. ( This was one of four of the same footprint in and around Columbus, OH)
Palmer Donavin Mfg, Columbus, OH – 1998-2003. Operations Manager for a 50mm distribution center, 24 hr
operation, 300,000sq ft facility 24 tractor trailers, implemented RF technologies, managed 80-100 employees based on
season, implemented training and safety systems, OSHA compliant, lowered operating costs by 7.2% annually resulting in
net gains of over 1.2mm
