2000-2011: Harbour Village Marina HOA - Property Manager, 135 unit Home
Owners' Association
Responsible for all phases of property management to include facilitating
sales and leasing, rule enforcement, resolving tenant/owner, owner/owner
disputes, keeping current on all applicable real estate rules, regulations
and laws. Identifying maintenance issues and coordinating necessary
repair, surrounding grounds and parking facilities of the association.
Finding, applying and supervising construction of government grants.
Permit coordination with government agencies, identifying and
creating/eliminating HOA rules as needed.
I collected $14,000.00 in past dues in first three months. 8-0 win record
in small claims court
2000-2006: ROI Commercial Real Estate- Same duties and responsibilities as

Developed and marketed a process to recycle waste construction drywall into
a soil supplement and reusable product for the drywall manufacturing

I served 6 years in the United States Armored Cavalry rising to the rank of
Staff Sergeant in the first three years. Responsible for the health,
welfare and training of up to 40 soldiers and maintenance for millions of
dollars' worth of tanks and scout vehicles.
