Advanced Micro Devices: Product Development Engineer 2 - (System Level Test Hardware Integration Engineer)
July 2005 to present
• Troubleshoot equipment issue and come-up with robust solution with coordination with vendor or OEM.
• Lead or assist cross functional team to address system level test engineering trial run and high volume manufacturing activities respectively.
• Generate SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for manufacturing specialist.
• Drive and implement cost reduction program through SLT socket board and ATX motherboard optimization respectively.
• Consolidate SLT socket board issue during engineering bring-up activities and come up with recommendation to PCB board designer to incorporate to the next generation of board development.
• Perform and integrate on SLT socket board, ATC thermal, DUT socket, motherboard and peripherals into Hontech handler to have a fully automated SLT Test Cell set-up or Manual System Level Test bench set-up.
• Perform debugging, running control experiments and working various teams to debug/replicate production failure mode using test bench testing.

• Spearhead early stage SLT socket board (PRD) – Product Requirement Definition to lay down electrical and mechanical requirement for each product assignment.
• Conduct hand-on set-up for SLT socket board, ATC thermal and handler to support Day1 engineering trial runs onwards.
