tools and processes to increase efficiencies and/or reduce costs across HCG & customer supply chains.
Initiator and driver of new corrective process to ensure bar code quality for auto-receive customers
expected to save $150,000 annually.
Initiated an S&OP at the customer level with Sales and Planning at Target, Babies R Us and
Amazon.com.
Played key role increasing sales by an average of $20 million per year on the accounts under my
responsibility.
Improved sales volume by an average of 11.7% year over year for the past 4 years those accounts.
Led first Hain Celestial cross-business/cross-functional effort to address customer compliance issues

CPFR/Vendor Inventory Analyst – WalMart Account (2003 – 2008)
Managed $400 million in annual product volume. Responsible for store/item forecasting, replenishment,
communication, distribution and execution of all turn and promotional business. Involved in training new
team members.
Instrumental in increasing sales by $3.6 million year on year by improving store instock.
Developed process that reduced time tracking and archiving Wal -Mart promotional execution
information by 75%.
Recognized as best in class by Wal -Mart for Bake Center execution. Improved sales volume by an

Led first General Mills Inc. cross-business/function/customer effort to consolidate loads from different

Assisted in assembling and leading team to transition divested Pillsbury brands to Multifoods.
Led team of four that separately managed divested brand s.
Created tools and processes that facilitated the separation of divested brands, while maintaining joint
shipment until divestiture completion.
