new development programs based upon preliminary statement of

work/bill of materials/specifications. Negotiated long-term

agreements for the procurement of all materials at or below the

budget model.

o Effectively managed and procured construction services to support

complete plant and office renovation project ($45M budget) within

timelines and without interruption to production. Developed

standardized constructions service agreements utilized by corporate

head office.

o Successfully modified production work area resulting in a 50%

increase in productivity and improved quality of goods

manufactured. Consolidated and implemented new warehouse layout to

improve material flow, inventory control and accuracy.

o Reduced the company's inventory levels and material burden rate

(from 13% to 9.5%) through the development of strategic supplier

relationships (e.g., procurement of more complex assemblies, kits

of parts, changes in order policies, stocking arrangement, etc

o Successfully recruited and led a team of professionals to work off-

site at the company's U.S. affiliated division to
