RF MEMS SWITCH DESIGN USING ADS AND ANN

• The main objective is to design MEMS switch with less switching time which can be extensively

used in phase-shifter networks and coplanar wave guides

• Design and Optimization using EC trained ANN model for coplanar discontinuities

• Simulation is done using : ADS
