OBJECTIVE:
Twenty years of project management experience where I have been exposed to
all types of systems within the building trades including all aspects of
General, HVAC, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Maintenance and
Service. This exposure includes new construction, medical facilities,

AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
Mechanical - Engineering design (for projects to 200,000 SF), drafting,
specification writing, and control logic for all phases of HVAC,
Refrigeration & Plumbing. Perform equipment/duct selection & sizing, duct
layout, pipe sizing/layout, final drafting, and control schemes. I have
performed Project Management for projects to $10m, Estimating, Sales
(averaging $3-4m per year) and Local/Federal code knowledge. Other Heat
loss calculations by hand and computer aided.
Electrical - Developed electrical diagrams, ladder type and one-line, point-
to-point type, can layout circuitry and select starters, heaters, and
disconnects for devices as required. Working knowledge of High Quality
ground systems and schemes.
Architectural - Engineering, design for beams, both wood and steel,
structural load calculations, envelope calculations, knowledge of
construction theory, and Local/Federal codes.
Other - Working knowledge of project management schemes IE: scheduling,

Owner of a company that was performing Contracting and Consulting for both
larger and smaller corporations. Most of my responsibilities and tasks were
inspections of projects and operation duties associated with projects
throughout the state.
Sub-Contract for Wells Fargo Banks
. Visited and inspected all Northern California branches insuring
maintenance was being performed per contract.

Was hired to transform a residential plumbing contracting company into a
commercial Mechanical Contractor. The company had several housing tracts
on there books when Comfort Systems USA purchased them. The company was
originally based in Oregon and had come to California for growth
opportunities. ACI performed several smaller projects that was directly
monitored by OSHPD, i.e.: small medical facilities and clinics.
I was responsible for the entire operations and managed all personnel and
company procedures within the California based company. Prime contact with
the Texas based home office of Comfort System USA and traveled back and
forth to maintain an "Open" relationship and growth opportunities with home
office.
