SQL server conversion to Oracle

Allegis Group is the parent company of TEKsystems, Aerotek, Stephen James,

Allegis Group Services, Market Source, and Major, Lindsey & Africa among

others. Allegis group being a very large organization with multiple

application systems captures information from different source systems from

its different child companies and store it into EDW which was based on SQL

server database and create webfocus reports for higher management for

better decision making. Project which I worked on is SQL server conversion

to Oracle. As all source systems are based on Oracle database then higher

management decided to move all data from SQL server database to Oracle 11G

database and change the connection string in Informatica to new target

database and validate that all data has been loading correctly in new

database without any failures.

Project: Lockbox Systems

I was involved in Functional and Regression Testing of Lockbox Check

processing system. Citigroup has affiliation with various clients; we

collect the Checks and stubs from the P.O. Boxes. These checks are then

batched into groups and then scanned on business scanners. It moves to TMS

system where Scan Line fix is done and then written on a flat file. This

flat file is then ftped to the Client server to update the customer

accounts.

Responsibilities:
