Reservoir Engineering Researcher, Petronas (UTP) 2012 to

2013

• Conducted experimental study on relative permeability for non-Newtonian fluids (Power-Law fluids).

• Performed reservoir fluid test, PVT analysis and tuned the (EOS) for a compositional model using the PVTi in

ECLIPSE.

• Studied gas injection plan using ECLIPSE simulation software to choose the best candidate for injection.

• Calibrated reservoir model; reviewed and analyzed existing and new well data in detail.

• Performed Drilling Simulation Lab (well control Method) – kick detection and Blowout preventing by correcting

mud weight

• Conducted advanced reservoir simulation lab and studied Polymer flooding, Waterflooding on a field.

EOR Research Assistant, University Technology Malaysia (UTM) 2011 to 2011

• Studied in depth the methods of enhanced oil recovery and their challenges specially chemical and WAG methods

• Published experimental EOR study on mixed surfactants adsorption using Surface Tension measurement method.

• Worked on the project to study effect of polymer and surfactants on the foam stability.
