I was asked to help the owners help position the business for sale. I started a program designed to

keep customers in their seats and coming back for more. The business grew by 50% in the first

year. The second year, again, the business grew by another 48%, even as the recession was taking

its toll. The business has since been sold.

This company has five branches with the Allentown office being the newest. The Allentown

branch was not doing well financially. The owners were going to close it down but my
