Worked as a Associate Manager / Furniture Manager. Duties include scheduling, safe
management, forecasting NVO quantities, shrink, freight flow, and customer
satisfaction.
Lowes Home Centers, North Wilkesboro, NC, March 2006 – December 2010.
Worked as a delivery driver for 6 months, then promoted to delivery manager. Duties
included scheduling, truck maintenance and repair, monthly gas card receipt
verification, all issues reguarding customer satisfaction, and meeting monthly
with the Area Manager for compliance issues relating to the department as well as
the DOT drivers log.
Highest held position was Zone 1 Manager / Assistant Store Manager. Departments

and Flooring. Duties involved scheduling associates daily work schedules, vacations,
