Virginia, with authorization to build in 38 other states and Puerto Rico (covered commercial, industrial, medical, clean

room, municipal and institutional sectors). Held full responsibility for all strategic planning and decision making, training,

overseeing team of 16 within the office and multiple team members in the field at any given time. Additionally oversaw

national glazing company in Florida for nationwide storefronts. Selected Accomplishments:

Oversaw series of many, successful construction projects that included free standing municipal,

educational, clean room, warehouse, surgical, manufacturing, food service, commercial and

industrial buildings; and mall retail stores.

Grew the company to $10 12 million in general contracting annually based on projects in 38 states;

consulted as construction manager for successful $20 million new high school development project.

Selected as the high school Teacher of the Year and Rotary Teacher of the Year in 2007 for impact on

Designed and implemented 4 year Construction Technology Program; created curriculum, reviewed

and selected textbooks and resources, collaborated with prime contractor on modular teaching system,

designed project centered lesson plans, and implemented pathway for students to achieve internationally

recognized WoodLinks certification.

Created the school’s 3 year Technology Plan that became the model for all 17 schools in the district, as

well as garnering accolades from the district office and regional school accreditation committee.
