Title: AUTOMATION OF VACUUM MOULDING PRESS AND

PRODUCTION MONITORING SYSTEM USING PLC.

Abstract: Automate all the process of the press with a single push button by

introducing Proximity sensors and monitoring the open\close status and the curing rate of

various presses.

Merits: Time consuming, increasing the accuracy of the final rubber product and

helps to maintain the records for further use.
