PROJECTS HANDLED:

1. Title: Woodruff & Sawyer Benefit Stream

Details: The client deals with insurance and many others, this

application is about giving access to

the clients, users, administrators and managers. There are three types

of accounts deployed for the

admin people who have access to create accounts for users and clients.

The admin people can view

the users and clients to whom they gave access to particular forms.

The clients and users can login

with their credentials to view what are the facilities that are given

to them. There are videos

attached for help in some of the pages. There are also documents and

external links to the main web

portal for more info about any section or for any sublinks given in

any section. The user can call

directly to the given numbers that are available for help regarding

the particular section. The

application works only when internet is available. Its designed to

support both tablets and mobile

phones of different resolutions. It also is designed for both portrait

and lanscape modes.

Role: UI of the application. Login to the application for different

users. Showing appropriate

content for each user. Maintaining session till the user logs out.

Compatibility with different

phone numbers if anywhere

present in the page. Handling network issues. Handling server slowdown

2. Title: iComfort

Details: It is an application for users who have air conditioner or

room heater etc. User will be

able to view this app in Android Tablets with minimum version of

Android 4.0. The app gives you

the ability to know the temperature of the systems in your house. You

can alter it too. For each

system there is a thermostat fixed which has the remperatues. Each

system's temperatures are

known to us through the thermostat. There should be WiFi connected to

the systems in homes

and to access the app from your mobile you need data connection. The

user should be

authenticated. User should be able to see his different homes and he

can see the differents systems

in different rooms of his homes. User has the ability to know the

temperatures and also alter the

temperatures according to his comfort. User will be able to see the 5

day weather forecast. User

should be able to see the alerts that thermostat gives. User will be

able to view the help too in case

if he/she has no idea about changing of temperatures.

3. Title: BestBuy - Reward Zone

Details: It is an application which is related to shopping. It has

mainly fifteen categories starting

with reward zone, all products, all deals, weekly ad, account details,

gift card balance, order status,

wishlist, store locator, code scan, photo search, scan & photo

history, phone upgrade, game trade-in

and privacy policy. The all products takes the user to a screen where

he can select any of the given

categories and browse through the products in that particular category

by brand or by price or by

best selling or by new arrivals. The user can view the details of the

product, add the product to

shopping cart and make a purchase. The user can also search for a

product. The all deals contains

the weekly ad, deal of the day, featured offers and in store

clearance. The account details shows the

order history, notifications where the user can manage his/her

notifications, feedback and terms &

conditions. The order status allows the user to check the status of

his/her order. The store locator

helps to find out the stores nearest to our city. The code scan allows

the user to scan the barcode of

the product. The photo search allows to capture a picture of the

barcode and search in the

application if its there or not and lists it out if present. The scan

and photo history shows the recent

scans made and also the recent photo searches made. The privacy link

tells about the privacy policy

of the company. The phone upgrade allows to upgrade along with the

given list of carriers. The

game trade-in shows the top game trade-in's, the user can also search

for a particular game to know

the trade-in value. The Gift card balance allows you to scan the

gift's barcode and tells the balance

remaining with the user. The reward zone has a different login

credentials which shows the

certificates, offers and purchases under it. The user can also redeem.

Environment: Android, Eclipse 3.5, SQLite, Rest API's, HTML5, JS

Role: Implementation of the Reward Zone module which has login with

proper mail id and

password. Once the user has logged in and quit the app without logging

out then next time when he

launches the app it will direct land into the reward zone home page

which comes after login and if

he logs out of reward zone then he has to login again when he comes to

reward zone. If the user

did not log out for more than 90days then he will be redirected to

login page to login. There is an

option to create an account and also a mail will be sent to the

registered email if user forgot

password and he clicked on forget password link in login page. In the

home page it shows the total

number of points you have earned. The list of certificates which can

be viewed when clicked on it.

The certificate has details like account id with which it is

associated, issued date, expiry date,

amount, barcode number, status of the certificate and certificate

number. The purchases shows the

list of receipts and on clicking a receipt it will take user to the

screen where details of the receipt

will be present like the products that are bought, the quantity of

each product, the price of each

product, products total, shipping charges, sales tax and order total.

The user can search for a receipt

in the purchases and also can view according to price or name or date.

4. Title: Rhymes for Kids

Details: It is a simple application for kids. It consists of five

categories Rhymes in English, some

of the famous Scientists information, Tongue Twisters, different Color

names and a Paint space. It

Depending on the selection of the category the child will be navigated

to the respective page. It has

a simple and attractive User Interface with basic animation and music.

The Paint space user can

select whichever color he/she wishes to draw in the paint space from a

given list of colors, clear the

space after drawing it and also can save the picture once they have

drawn something. It will be

stored in the Sdcard.

Role: User Interface for the application, Tongue twisters category,

Scientists information,

Background music, Animation in Splash Screen, Rhymes category, Paint

category with different

types of colors, clearing the screen, capturing the screen and also

saving it in Sdcard, Colors

information with swipe functionality.

5. Title: MyMedLinks

Details: It is an application which is related to checking the glucose

levels of the blood by using the

glucometer device which is the meter which measures the glucose units

which is connected to a

bluetooth adapter and the information is then available in our android

phone when connected to the

bluetooth adapter. The user has to login with a valid email id. It

requires the bluetooth to be on so

that it could be connected to the bluetooth adapter through which we

will be able to get the data

from the device. The data is shown in terms of graphs for a week, day,

month and 3months. It also

shows the event for a particular day with the recorded glucose units,

a picture and some

information. The data will be present in the local database and also

it will be in the cloud. There can

be reminders set for a particular date. The generated graph will be

converted into a pdf file and can

be sent to desired email. There can be manual entry of the glucose

units too. The reports for a day,

week and month are displayed in a list. There is also a calendar

showing the present day highlighted

and the user will be able to move back and forth.

Environment: Android API, Eclipse 3.5, SQLite, HTML5, JS, Jquery,

PhoneGap

Role: fetching the data from the glucometer devices by connecting to

the bluetooth and getting the

socket information, developing a customized calendar that can move

back and forth in month view

with current date highlighted. Generating a pdf file with graph,

company logo in the header and

footer and calendar that shows the recorded glucose levels for the

particular day when the user has

recorded it and sending an email to recipient with the attached pdf,

creating a widget that will

launch the application and show the latest glucose readings with time

and date in local format,

uploading multiple images to server.

6. Title: Innovations For Learning (IFL)

Details: It is an application which comes under education category for

kids. It has different games

for the kids to learn alphabets, words, songs, tech videos, stories

and also recording of the stories

through different games. It has some free games for any student. It

has some particular games

assigned by the teacher to that particular student. Teacher can only

create student credentials and

assign them the different exercises. The scores of the student will

also be maintained. The student

will be able to login even if the wifi is not turned on. In the

present version i.e., the second version

of the application the teacher offline login is also enabled. There is

synchronization in the

application wherein at the launch of the application some resources

will be downloaded. Later after

the teacher is logged in another sync process takes place to download

the other resources from the

server. Since it has many games and many videos and images its

difficult to maintain locally so we

download everything from the server. The recorded voice of the

students will be uploaded to the

server via ftp upload.

Role: Teacher offlin login(login even when wifi is off).

Modifications in different types of games

that means removal of games in maths category. Implementation of new

games in reading category.

Implementation of story creator, a game where in we have recording and

playback. There is also

FTP upload to the server. Changes in games where if a student is

assigned for only one game and

given a certain time period, if student closes the game before the

allocated time and re-enters into

the game then the help audio should not be played. Dynamic font size

setting for Running Record

Stories. Syncing screen for autosync. Showing progress status while

manual syncing. Level

congratulations video to be played depending upon a value in student

data that indicates the level

has been changed for stories. The video is to be played when the

stories level has been changed. For

all the games we have to upload it in webview so we have the html

callbacks which we have to call

from our android code. Synchronization status of all the games,

students & different stories have to

be shown in a screen. Restart of the game if its time out.

7. Title: Edmunds

Details: It is an application which is related to cars and the dealers

of the cars in USA. It has a wide

range of cars with different models. It has both the new and used

cars. It consists of the dealers and

inventories which have the particular cars. The user can check the

different cars and select the

nearest inventory or dealer and consult him to get the car. The user

can get the details of the

dealers and the inventories also. He can also get the reviews about

the various cars and also reviews

about the various dealers. The user can have a complete look of the

car by checking the different

images available in the application. He can make an estimate of the

price which he has to pay to get

the car by checking it in the application. The user can check the

complete details of the car. He can

suggest it to a friend via facebook or twitter or even by mail.

Role: Complete modifications in the user interface of the

application.Fetching the reviews and

photos depending on a particular criteria. Fetching the sales and

services reviews and ratings and

sort them according to a particular criteria. Fetching the consumer

information of the user like what is

the user checking in the application and how often he is using the

application. User event tracking

and omniture tracking.

8. Title: MyBlee

Details: It is an educative project for kids. It consists of

different exercises some in

maths and some in french. The child will be given four free exercises

and later he can

purchase the other exercises. Badges will be awarded to the child

after he crossed a

certain level. The parents can check the activity of their child by

viewing the report

card where the progress of the child is shown. Depending on the report

they can make

the child to practice the ones which are less practiced. The new

exercises that are

bought but not opened are also shown. It includes some Animations,

Gestures,

TextToSpeech and SpeechToText.

9. Title: ProfileIt

Details: ProfileIt is an application using which the end user

can make a quick wide search

for any profile/contact that exists in various social networking

sites. The user can search for

a level 1 contacts/profiles and post a message or email based on the

networking profile it

has thrown. The end user of ProfileIt can search profile/contact from

the following social

networking sites like:

2)Facebook

3)Twitter

4)Orkut

and also from smart phone contacts.

Details: The main objective of this project is to show the different

lands available for sale in

detail that is where it is located and what is the size of the land.

It also have the features to

save the details of the particular land and also have the facility to

send an email to a friend

that is recommending a friend or informing a friend regarding the

land availability.
