• Educate some of the key players in the planning dept and IT dept on the business of Glovia’s
MRP. How it works, how it generates the schedule, how to read the planning exceptions,
how to read the planning results.
• Proposed database maintenance every month like re-indexing of database, running the
database analysis, archive of the very large database, cleaning up all temporary files.
• assisted the users on their daily issues.
• Developed an Oracle Package that automatically completes the work order.
• Developed an Oracle Package that consolidates the shipments that is an output from the MRP
systems.
• Responsible for the BOM download program, utilize the use of SQL loader for the project.
• Created a new index file for a 24 million rows, this helps the processing time for the other
team who uses the file for their report.

party software.
• Responsible for the creation of an oracle stored procedure that output the data to the reference
cursor. This will give the third party application an output from the stored procedures. The
stored procedure was used as a data set for their report.

of the EDI and stored that to the table.
• Developed EDI 860, this is the PO/Supplier Change EDI.

customized the BRC system and I was the 7th person who successfully handled this. The said
system was not efficient enough because of the program structure. Solutions to resolve the
problems are as follows:
- Converted some PRO-IV function to stored procedures

Re-structured the program flow by eliminating unnecessary procedure calls.
