T.K.R College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, India is "The

effect of Heat Shock on the recombinant interferon quality and quantity

produced from E.coli". The quality of the purified interferon molecule was

tested against cancer virus. Competent Cell preparations, Transformation of

cells with the plasmid clone, ELISA, PAGE,Gel Doc analysis, Electroelution,

Amino acid composition analysis, Tissue culture, Pyrolysis Mass

spectrometry, etc. were performed to give a definite shape to the work (3

years).

I have two years of industrial experience at AVK biotechnologies,

Hyderabad, India;

the work was focused on the development of Industrial

enzymes and Probiotics for the animal health.

Project carried out at Regional Research Laboratory (CSIR), Trivandrum,

Kerala, Indi is on "Development of Biocatalyst Yeast (Sacharomyces

Cerviseae)

for the synthesis of Ethanol", 1996 (1 Year).
