To Whom It May Concern:
I am a Senior Civil Engineer with 14 years of experience. Most recently I
worked as a Senior Transportation Project Engineer with the firm of
Rajappan & Meyer, Inc. I have extensive experience with the preparation
of Storm Water Data Reports (SWDR), drainage reports, and the production of
comprehensive drainage layout, profile, detail, and quantity plans. I am
highly competent in the use of AutoCad 2011 Civil 3D, Softdesk v.8,
Autodesk Land Desktop 3, and the Hydraflow Storm Sewers 2005 program. I
have had the opportunity to design, generate specifications and perform
estimates for public works projects such as road improvement, light rail,
typical sections, layouts and profiles, super-elevations, pavement
delineation, sign plans, erosion control, and water pollution plans.
Working collaboratively towards solving the various challenges of civil
projects is an aspect of our work that I thoroughly enjoy. I have a strong
background in hydraulics and drainage design. I have been recognized for a
high level of productivity, proficiency, and dedication to my projects.
Given my breadth of experience, high motivation towards professional
growth, diverse skills and desire to undertake increasing responsibility, I
am confident I could make an important contribution to any Civil
Engineering firm. I look forward to meeting with you and discussing
possible professional opportunities within your firm.
Sincerely,
Husam Aburabi
