Professional Summary

Mr. Esposito has 35 years of experience in the area of quality control,

program management, designing, installing, inspecting, estimating and

commissioning residential, commercial, institutional and industrial

building mechanical systems-both old and new. These systems include power

quality, electrical wiring, control systems, heating, ventilation, water

supply, steam generation and related piping systems. Mr. Esposito has

planned, developed and implemented new methods to improve operations,

minimize operating costs and affect greater use of labor and materials. He

has demonstrated a unique ability to perform high quality craftsmanship

from groundwork to fixtures, and has varied experience and progressive

responsibilities- domestic and international-resulting in wide exposure to

varying work environments, requiring flexibility, innovation and sound

knowledge of mechanical principles. A skilled troubleshooter, Mr. Esposito

has also operated UPS, GPS and generators, and has earned a new level of

As part of the Navy's field construction management staff, Mr. Esposito is

responsible for overseeing the field work for the utilities, parking

garage, and underground logistics tunnel portion of the job ensuring the

contractor is complying with the approved design and all local regulations.

He advises the Project Manager on all technical items and monitors

contractor performance in all areas. He has been assigned to the final

piece of the project which is a 200 million wounded warriors housing and

administration building plus a world class gym/training/scientific complex.

Building Office (OBO) a monthly analysis of the performance of field

operations. He visited teams in the field to assure conformance with

company and OBO policy and monitored checklists part of a worldwide

equipment database. Mr. Esposito monitored all field operations for

professionalism and positive working ethics. He also worked as a consultant

for HVAC, electrical and generator problems that occurred in the field and

repairs for Emergency Facility Assistance (EFA) when necessary and ensured

that failed systems were re-commissioned.
