York Upgrade Best Western to a Best Western Plus. Responsible for total

operations, upgrades, restructuring and staffing of all departments,

including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food and Beverage ( 90

seat restaurant and banquets ), 16 lane bowling alley. Responsible for 2013

budget, including capital expense and inspection for Best Western Plus

standards.

Task force Opening Manager/Director of Operations Hostelling International,

Boston. New

Stuart St 480 bed Hostel. Responsible for all operations, setup and

implementation of move from

Hemenway St 208 bed hostel to new location. Order all soft goods and hard

goods, screen, hire and

train new staff additions from previous location. This is the only LEEDs

certified hostel in the

world and will include an added F&B Department with new lobby coffee shop
