Summary of work Experience:
Onshore & Offshore surface / subsurface infrastructures like Storage Tanks, LPG Sphere, Jackets, Piles, Flow lines, Jumpers, Mud mat structures, Bouyancy Tanks, Sliding frames, Manifolds, Buoy & Piping works, Riser tower assembly etc.

Job Responsibilities:
Review & approval of inspection records and method statements for various activities involved in the constructions of petrochemical plant as per project specification & relevant international codes and
standards.
Incoming inspection of various steel materials, consumable's, tool & equipments, with relevant documents like (MTC) material test certificates. If required performing mechanical test & chemical
analysis in order to confirm it as per project specification & relevant international standards.
Coordinating with NDT & DT personal to perform various stage inspections as per approved procedures.
Performing (WQT) Welder qualification tests for various (WPS) welding procedure specifications as per ASME section IX, AWS & API 1104.
Performing welding procedure qualification record (PQR) in case of variation in the essential variable with existing (PQR), as per international standards and additional requirements from the client.
Coordinating with client inspection department at various stages of fabrication activities and getting approval.
Carrying out the welding inspection before, during & after welding operation as per approved inspection test plan (ITP), Relevant Engineering drawing, international codes & standards and project
specifications.
Welding inspection of various piping materials like Duplex, super Duplex, Low temp carbon steel, Carbon steel, Alloy steel, Copper nickel & Internal coated piping using coated sleeve pipe, which
protects the corrosion of weld area.
Evaluation and witnessing of NDT techniques like RT, UT, MT & PT.
Coordinating with NDT personnel and making arrangements to avoid delays to complete the job in time.
Conversant with international codes & standards.
Witnessing the hydrostatic Pressure test, Leak test, Pneumatic test, PMI test (Positive material identification) & Vacuum tests as per project procedures & specification.
Carry out inspection and evaluation of fitness for service of equipments like pumps and motors static equipments like vessels, heater package, flare stack etc with third party and obtaining final
acceptance.
Maintain the latest version of all contract documents, drawing, specification and codes up to date.
Verify Calibration and documentation of measuring instruments, gauges and equipments.
Responsibility includes monitoring performance of NDT inspectors.
Inspection and witnessing of cathodic protection system used in the onshore facilities, which included piping system, pipeline and storage tank etc.
Preparation of test packs individual system wise, which includes material certificates, Welding history records, NDT reports, Equipment & Installation, Alignment report, Cathode protection,
Electrical installation report, Compiling Sub contractor documents, Hydro test reports, Pneumatic test reports,Coating reports etc and submission for approval of the client.
