research. Entitlement experience with general plans, annexations, land

use district changes, commercial site plans, preliminary and final plats,

the land development industry in Arizona and the general Western

United States. Work with developer clients in assisting and

directing project aspects and real estate activities in conducting

due diligence and advising clients of site selection, negotiations,

site acquisition and development planning with cost effective
