overseeing the Land Development Group technical operations, profit

center and the business development of existing and new clients in

the land development industry in Arizona and the general Western

United States. Work with developer clients in assisting and

directing project aspects and real estate activities in conducting

due diligence and advising clients of site selection, negotiations,

site acquisition and development planning with cost effective

measures to ensure development profitability. Develop close client

relationships in community and trade organizations and promote

innovative approaches to project development and provide leadership
