t he Culinary Art Program at the College of the Rockies Level I. This Program has

enhanced my previous experience with increased culinary knowledge and has grown

my confidence in dealing with people. I am th rilled to start my career in the field that I

really enjoy.

A fter twenty years of cooking experience, I am actively perusing an apprenticeship to

get my Red Seal Certification.

F undamentals. I have done everything from prep cook to head cook, to ordering to
