Senior Analyst On July 2004 CapGemini established CapGemini
Energy and acquired TXU Energy from TX Utilities, which
performed business and customer support functions at TX
Utilities. In addition to creating and maintaining business
performance measurement and Revenue reporting from Legacy,
SPL CorDaptix and other data sources, as detailed below,
duties and responsibilities include identifying business
processes and providing detailed documentations in support
of Distributed Delivery efforts directed at outsourcing and
off shoring less complex routine Billing operations.

Senior Analyst: Revenue Management Performance Reporting,
Responsibilities include creating Ad-hoc reports in
support of Billing Operations and Billing Analysts from
SPL Cordaptix billing system. Maintaining, - modifying, as
needed-, and generating a battery of monthly Performance
Reports aimed at providing upper management sharper
optics into system performance and Billing activities, as
well as providing avenues to identify Business Process

At the onset of launching a Deregulated Electric Service
and Delivery, TXU Utilities undertook a major system
conversion from Legacy Billing System to SPL CorDaptix,
Responsibilities included:-
. Designed and implemented the invoice generation
process with responsibility for the solutions that
support the processing of all paper invoicing for
TXU Energy.
. Designed and implemented solutions ultimately
deployed to a third party vender.
. Responsibility includes all daily operational tasks
including print production and quality control of 9-
12 million dollars a day billing system.

architecture and implementation of an automated
Quality Control system that increased efficiency and
decreased operating costs for TXU Energy, thus
