Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). Drove operational excellence by

goals. Established priorities and allocated necessary resources for
achievement of performance objectives. Conducted trend analysis for all
ARNG units mobilized for domestic contingency operations. Planned,
coordinated, and managed logistics support for the 54 states and
territories, and the District of Columbia. Served as subject matter expert
(SME) on developing and executing the equipping budget for contingencies.
Functioned as Chief of the Crisis Action Team and the logistics branch COOP
Planner.
. Revised division's COOP plans that led to the development of an
Emergency Management training plan. Resulted in 100% training rate of
the directorate's military and civilian personnel.
. Crafted a threat and vulnerability risk matrix to support the
development of prevention-focused exercise programs and initiatives

commander. Developed, led, and executed overall Acquisition, Logistics, and
Technology (AL&T) strategy. Directed operations and drove performance in
supply chain with strong focus on quality, delivery, and safety. Successful
in strategically developing and implementing processes to optimize supply
chain, minimize supply-demand imbalance, and streamline fulfillment.
. Developed guidelines for conduct of the Reset program in Afghanistan

of military operations for a Combat Aviation Brigade consisting of five
battalions, 107 aircraft, and over 3,000 personnel in the 82nd Airborne
Division. Directed employees engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and
shipping products or materials. Reviewed invoices, work orders, consumption
reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and issue
work assignments. Managed brigade's budget and accurately tracked multiple
sources of funds. Monitored procedures to ensure compliance with the United
States Government and army policies / regulations.
. Implemented property management software training for organizational
supply teams resulting in 100% accountability of subordinate unit
organizational property.
. Developed and tracked the yearly budget in accordance with federal
regulations and army policies; coordinated and developed weekly
presentations for the command and staff's review.
Company Commander - 82nd Airborne Division ~ 2005 - 2007
Led Forward Support Company (FSC) for 120 Soldiers. Provided direct, multi-
functional combat support consisting of life support, maintenance, and
distribution to over 700 personnel. Maintained 100% maintenance and
accountability of equipment valued in excess of $8,200,000 and an annual
budget in excess of $1,500,000.

division's first forward support company under modularity, the army's
new combat structure.
