Summary of Qualifications
I relieve the Center Chief Technologist and Division Chief of administrative type functions in order to increase the time
they have available for executive/management level responsibilities. I handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts
involving the clerical and administrative function at both the Directorate and Division levels. I am responsible for
confidential and time sensitive material and prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda,
and reports. I hold an associate’s degree and over 7 years of experience working as an admin at NASA ARC. I am skilled
at a variety of the government concepts, practices, and procedures and rely on my own experience and judgment to plan
and accomplish goals. I also direct and lead the work of others as requested for conferences, workshop and other events. A
wide degree of professionalism, creativity, teamwork and a positive attitude can be expected. I also hold a Secret
Clearance.

Primary control over the calendars for the Center Chief Technologist and Division Management with

Make arrangements for meetings, such as preparing agendas, notifying participants, arranging

Serve as a backup assistant for the Engineering Directorate and the Program and Project Directorate

Reply to mail and inquiries not requiring the Chief Technologists' attention, routing all other matters

to the appropriate personnel. Screening of all publications, directives, and periodicals, bringing items
of significance to the supervisor's attention.
Makes travel arrangements, prepare travel authorizations, and assist staff in preparing travel

vouchers
Serves as Facility Site Manager (FSM) POC for all building and personnel safety issues. Coordinate
•
for all building construction and maintenance
Perform duties as an Events Manager for events ranging from 30 – 200 attendees at various times
•
throughout the year. Use of self direction to manage event staff and vendors
Represent the Division at outside conferences by managing exhibit booths.

Research purchases for the organization and ensure that staff follows standard procedures to procure,

authorize, control and justify purchases. Maintains tracking system to ensure that deadlines are met
and assignments are completed.
Recommend changes in administrative policies and coordinate resolutions and improvements.
