I managed their outbound phone room which consisted of approximately 15
reps & TO’s, to close sales, and have alarm systems installed into residential homes by the install
technicians. I was also responsible for interviewing, hired, training, monitoring, and mentored
each phone rep to aim/reach their weekly sales quotas. I put heavy emphasis on script and
volume of outbound calls. I conducted daily, weekly meetings to align the reps to maximize their

stocks for the brokers to buy for their own client’s portfolio. Heavy coaching with heavy cold-
calling need & motivating skills while monitoring the reps on a daily routine were implemented
into each account rep in order for them to be transferred into the closing department.
