Selected to train for CADWIN Nesting in,- S Korea, after –which,

implemented in house steel nesting system and saved 150 tons of steel worth

100,000 USD with effective utilization on nesting & cutting pattern.

Material Segregation & Storage Plan

Successfully proposed and executed steel storage and segregation plan for

8500 steel plates and led the yard SCM and Inventory departments for 2

months.

Rate restructuring of Outsourcing

Have done restructuring of all outsourcing activities by time study and

control the rate.

Coordinated placement activities during Post graduation and achieved 100%

placement for MBA 2008 for Sardar Patel University.
