75,000sf, 2-story classroom wing including science, culinary and

computer labs, music, and art rooms, media center, full size gymnasium

and cafetorium. Constructed on a 9 acre inner site including soil

remediation, renovation of existing underground storm water culvert

leading way to ball fields and playground space. Accolades - 258

RFI,$2.6Million in Change Orders,$ 2.4 was soil remediation costs.

Yale University, Calhoun Residential College Restoration and Addition, New Haven, CT - Newman Architect -

$57 million - Interior, exterior renovation and restoration to this historic residence hall with basement level

beneath the existing courtyard. The project was complete in a 15 month duration.

JFK High School Media Center Addition, Waterbury CT Schools - Architect Friar Associates -$3.5 million- This

project was an 8000 sf addition in the existing courtyard during occupation. Duration 6 months

Office up-fit, Corridor upgrades, New Cath Lab. Duration 12 months

New Haven School Construction Program, New Haven CT - A $1.5 billion program to rebuild the existing school

system under the criteria of the State Bureau of School Facilities. As Program Manager responsible for all

program management activities including planning & project design phase, bid- construction phase, close out
