Business Analyst
As a functional lead member of JDEdwards North America Implementation team, responsibilities included development and conversion of item master structure and data migration from legacy system. Supply Chain

Responsible for Sales & Operations Planning demand modeling and long-range forecast modeling, Vendor Managed Inventories, supplier qualification surveys and audits, resolution of supplier non-conformance issues, price/cost modeling, purchase price control including demand volume purchase price discounting and provided technical assistance to product design and manufacturing groups. Managed major running line supply conversion projects including cost support and continuity of supply.
Quality Management
Developed and deployed quality system that was precursor to ISO 9001 QMS. Implemented Customer Quality Response system for tracking, Root Cause Analysis and monitoring external complaints. Developed internal non-conforming quality monitoring system with real time reporting of in process scrap and finished goods defects. Conducted on-site assessments of product installations supporting Field Services group. Implemented raw material quality assurance process and SPC in targeted processes. Collaborated with Purchasing to establish raw material and purchased item specifications for CTQ items. Conducted training in Basic Statistical Process Control for all middle/line supervision, technical support staff, lead operators and machine operators.
