Overview/Highlights Twenty years experience in a variety of customer service, coordination
and communication roles within an international relief and media
organization. Functioned in such diverse roles as call center operator,
receptionist and switchboard operator, clerical support personnel, with
the majority of my years serving as administrative assistant to a vice
president. Duties fulfilled include managing multiple calendars using

Recruiting Coordinator (8/2011 – 4/2013)
Maintains applicant tracking system by posting, monitoring, and
closing job requisitions, and ensuring that proper approval is
documented for each open position.
Under the direction of the Recruiting Manager, manages and
supports the successful operation of the recruiting function
including continuous improvement of company process and
tools.
Ensures successful completion of process and hiring efforts
designed and delivered by Recruiting Manager.
Supports Recruiters in the generation and sourcing of
candidates by suggesting alternate advertising methods, getting
them approved by the Department Leader, and placing ads.
Responsible for on-boarding process for all Corporate (Read
and Succeed) new hires
Prepares reports and presentations outlining Recruitment

Assists with development and execution of training for recruiting

Manages Grassroots recruiting campaign by ordering and
