EXPERIENCE

Honda lock America, Bremen, GA. Plastic Injection Molding Manager 03/2005 to present.

Responsible for the budget and capacity planning of molded door mirrors, outside handles, glove box and all

key sets, for Honda and Acura assembly plants. Currently in charge of over 100 associates for a three shift

operation. I have been to Japan for extensive business training for Honda standard.

Rim Molding Manager

Operation / Production management for Rim and Injection Molding operation supplying Mercedes SUV

models. Direct team of 6 salaried and 110 hourly employees engaged in the manufacture of fascias (front-end

and rear bumpers), body-side moldings, and rocker panels. During plant start-up operations, built 3-shift

operation, while developing existing management team, as well as hiring additional team leads. Provide

oversight of Plant Management responsibilities in absence of the Plant Manager.

ST Micro-Electronics, Inc., Dallas, TX (Contract Position Manpower Professional) 3/2004 to 10/2004

Senior Planner - Asian Business Group

Direct the flow of semiconductors from production locations to customers in Asia. Validate all invoices

against actual shipments. In charge of all invoice financial approvals for final payment by wire transfer. This

position was eliminated during a joint venture and corporate buyout .

Associated Materials, Inc., Dallas, TX (Contract Position) - 5/2003 - 3/2004

Senior Production Planner and Purchasing Agent

Manage all aspects of plant production scheduling and purchase of raw materials. Production planner for 17

PVC extruders, producing approximately 1021 SKU's; servicing 90 supply centers and 200 direct customers.

Management and oversight of Inventory Control and warehouse inventory accuracy; to include inventory

levels and safety stocks. Handled all purchasing of raw materials and packaging. Worked with suppliers to

stay cost competitive and within changing budgets. Worked with suppliers to bring their lead times down in

able to control inventories in the plant.

production planning, and assignment of personnel. Identified ways to improve customer service by addressing

quality issues tied directly to productivity and process flow.

daily meetings to review customer requirements, procurement of raw materials and plan scheduled production

runs on the shop floor. Ensured all components were ordered to fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly

requirements.
