Divine Services is a big departmental store of The Art of Living situated at their Ashram
at Bangalore. While looking after accounts & its allied jobs, all other matters relating to
the stores are also handled by me:
1) Arrange to issue of purchase orders to suppliers, receipts of materials asper
purchase order & the invoices of the suppliers, Entry of receipts of each item in
the software i.e. Nos of items, purchase rates, selling rates, barcode nos.,VAT rates
as applicable etc., selling of materials to the local customers through 7 counters &
also selling of materials to the interstate customers, arrangement of transportation
for sending the materials to the interstate customers etc.etc.
2) Arrange of timely payment to suppliers & vendors once in a month. Preparation of
