Job Summary:
The training prepared field-based employees to successfully follow new
policies and procedures related to implementation of the USFP a mobile
hand held device employees use to account for their time and cost.
Learners where introduced to basic accounting changes that National Grid
is now using and learned what happened before and after they enter time
and other cost information. In particular, they learned to enter time and
other cost information in accordance with the new policies.
This training was intended to guide learners toward learning
objectives by allowing them to practice tasks for the day-to-day
situations of National Grid Field workers. During scenario-based
exercises, learners used job aids and tools that they will reference to
on the job. By incorporating the use of these materials into the
training, they learned how to support themselves on the job.

Job Summary:
Works as an integral part of the NCIR Training Team. Provides a
combination of in-house and webinar training pertaining to the use the NC
Immunization Registry (NCIR) system. Provide specific statewide NCIR
system on-site, and off-site instructor-led training to physicians'
offices that are requesting assistance or that the immunization branch
identifies as needing additional training. Working with the providers
existing EMR software such as EPIC, ALLSCRIPTS, ECT to ensure proper
