. Process Lead in a design team for a client site in WV. The
project scope included replacement of several control valves
for a PSM Critical process. Responsibilities included
development of deliverables including updating P&IDs, line
lists, tie-in lists, and equipment lists which included
equipment specifications.
. Process Lead in a design team for a client site in WV. The
project scope included replacement of control valves, PSM
piping, and chemical offloading equipment for a PSM Critical
process. Responsibilities included development of
deliverables including updating P&IDs, line lists, tie-in
lists, and equipment lists which included equipment
specifications.
. Process Lead for a demolition team for a client in WV. The
demolition process includes several projects and process
units that are on-going. The project scope included
demolition of a spent acid plant, several methylacrylic
process units, and two ACH/Amide process units. The
demolition required relocation of utilities and fire
protection systems. Responsibilities included building
several construction scopes of work, bid package development,
process and utility piping isolation locations plus support
of the PSSR's for start-up when utility/process piping
relocation is required. The sequence of demolition of the
process units included all associated piping in the pipe
bridges, and development of deliverables including updating
P&IDs, line lists, tie-in lists, and equipment lists which
included equipment specifications.
. Design Support for a design team, PSM Critical Brine process
at a client in WV. The project scope was to provide design
and sizing of piping, instruments, and equipment.
Responsibilities included development of a project scope and
definitions of each area's boundaries. The scope includes
upgrades in process area units which required deliverables
such as updating P&IDs, line lists, tie-in lists, and
equipment lists which included equipment specifications.
. Design Support for a design team, Equalization Tank
Replacement Design for a client in WV. The project scope
included replacement of a 1.5MM gal. Tank, side tank
agitators, and pH monitoring equipment. Responsibilities
included development of deliverables including updating
P&IDs, line lists, tie-in lists, and equipment lists.
. Design Support for a design team, Fire Main Replacement for a
client in WV. The project scope was to provide design and
sizing of one of the fire-main loops. Responsibilities
included development of deliverables including updating
P&IDs, line lists, tie-in lists, and equipment lists which
included equipment specifications.
. Design Support for a design team, Potable Water Replacement
Main at a client in WV. The project scope was to provide
design and sizing of one of the potable water-main loops.
Responsibilities included development of a project scope and
definitions of each area's boundaries. The scope includes
upgrades in process area units which required deliverables
such as updating P&IDs, line lists, tie-in lists, and
equipment lists which included equipment specifications.
