January 2012 to Present The Holiday Inn Mentor is a 132 Room full service

hotel with KRAVE Restaurant and Bar located inside, the SIDEBAR which is a

separate bar, and 11,000 square feet of banquet space. My function here is

to oversee the conversion from Comfort Inn into a Full Service Holiday Inn.

Renovations to be completed in the Spring of 2013. I am involved in the

community. I belong to the Lake County Convention and Visitors Bureau. I

am the Vice President of the Miss Ohio Scholarship Program. I am active in

two Chamber of Commerce, Mentor and Painesville, Rotary Club Member. I

recently joined the Hospitality Advisory Committee for Lakeland Community

College.

June 2010 thru December 2011 The Holiday Inn Mansfield is a 106 Room full

service hotel with the Park 116 Italian Eater, and 6,000 square feet of

banquet space. After assuming my post I increased occupancy by 16% over

the past two years. ADR by $9.20. I brought food cost down from a 47.8%

to a 34.3% and turned in the first profitable 1st quarter this company has

ever had with this property. In 2011 I had a net cash position change of

$455,915.03. I was heavily involved in the community. I sat on the board

of the Convention and Visitors Bureau. I was active in the Chamber of

Commerce, and a Member of the Downtown Mansfield Business Association

Member and Rotary Club Member. I was one of the key fund raisers for the

Harmony House Homeless Shelters, New Children's Playground.

I am also Vice President of the Alliance Strategic Evolvement Committee, a

group of Alliance General Managers who assist the corporate office on

policy, whose goal is the betterment of our Operation.

Opening General Manager Emerald Coast Hospitality

The Hilton Garden Inn in Morgantown West Virginia is a new 118 Room full

service hotel with the Great American Grill Restaurant and Bar, and 3,000

square feet of banquet space. I was involved in every aspect of the

opening from budget writing, to rate setting, hiring and training of all

staff, menu development, construction, cleaning and set up of all guest

rooms and public space.

General Manager Regency Hotels Aug 06

The Radisson Tulsa OK is a 325-room high-rise property with restaurant and

bar. 14,000 square feet of banquet space, and indoor water park. It's a

volume property running 70-85% year round. It does 7.5 million per year in

room revenue, and 1.5 million a year in food and beverage. I managed a

staff of 130 employees. The Best Western Ramkota Hotel-Casper WY is a 225

room hotel with 6,400 square feet of meeting space and also hosted an

indoor water play park. While I was at the Best Western, I was able to

raise standards from a default situation, to a winning the Best Western

Directors Award. After being promoted to our flagship property, the

Radisson Tulsa, I set about improving our guest scores, from a 77% to 88%.

Our food cost came down 3% and our liquor cost came down 9%. Staff

productivity was also improved hugely by investing time and training

dollars into the staff, which helped drop turn over by 50%, and played a

huge roll in our guest scores. I was a member of the Tulsa Hotel Motel

Society, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce.

The Days Inn-Fremont OH is a 105-room full service hotel with 4,000 square

feet of banquet space, restaurant and bar. Other positions during my time

with this company: General Manager of Super 8 Motel and Four Monks

Restaurant in Milan, General Manager of the Econolodge in Norwalk Ohio and

the Econolodge in Elyria Ohio.

General Manager Holiday Inn & Suites Jan 04

The Holiday Inn & Suites Bolingbrook IL is a 145-room interior type

property with 4,000 square feet of banquet space. It finished the year just

under 3 million, with 1/2 million in food sales. I believe in a strong team

approach and people building with a property. I was very active in

community activities. I was a member of both the Bolingbrook and

Romeoville Chambers of Commerce and Rotary Club for both Cities. I worked

closely with City Hall and the Mayor of Bolingbrook on several occasions.

I was responsible for a 10% increase in GSTS Scores, and 2.20 increase in

ADR. I was able to get cost controls in place in our F & B Department,

bringing food cost down over 4% and liquor cost down 7%, while at the same

time increasing service levels and quality. We finished the year over

3,000,000.00 in room sales and $500,000.00 in Food and Beverage. I wrote

the budget and business plan, and worked with sale department on marketing

plan.

I have managed a total of 10 properties during my career at Janus Hotels.

6 of these hotels were receivership type properties and included Task Force

Management. All were signed as new management contracts which included

management of all daily operations, account management, daily forecasts and

reports including production reports, sales reports, end of month reports,

and Profit and Loss Statements. We received the Gold Key Status for the

Ramada Plaza Naples, while under my management.

General Manager Holiday Inn & Holiday Inn Express-Sandusky

The Holiday Inn-Sandusky OH is a 175 room Holidome, with restaurant and

sports bar, indoor and outdoor pools, 18 hole miniature golf course and

arcade. The Holiday Inn Express is a 40 room limited service property

adjacent to the Holidome. Before being promoted to General Manager, I was

the Guest Service Manager. My duties included the daily operation of the

hotel. I had 12 department heads, which reported to me daily. I wrote

budgets and prepared end of month reports to the corporate office, for both

hotels. I performed daily property inspections, as well as room

inspections. I was involved with all large functions associated with the

hotel directly. I worked closely with the property owner on all issues

regarding the physical condition of the hotel, and capital items. I was a

member of the Firelands Tourist Council, Sandusky Chamber of Commerce,

Rotary Club and the Erie County Visitors Bureau. I managed food costs,

labor cost, and liquor cost. I worked closely with Holiday Inn World Wide

on guest relations' issues, and GSTS. I made sure our Sales Department

stayed focused to meet sales quotas. I signed all payroll and accounts

payable checks. I have a firm understanding of rate strategies and

inventory management.

Aside from being the first General Manager to show a profit at the property

in 5 years, I was able to raise GSTS from 73% to 86%. Top line revenue

250,000.00, Average Daily Rate went up 3.90 and we cut expenses 7%.

Holiday Inn-Sandusky hosts many large banquets for up to 500 people. I was

able to increase the level of customer satisfaction not only with food

quality, but also in food service, and presentation.

I was General Manager at the Super 8 Motel and Four Monks Restaurant in

Milan OH, and also General Manager at the Econolodge in Norwalk OH, from

December 1991 through June 1994. In addition, during the summer seasons I

also oversaw the Best Budget in North and Value Inn of Sandusky OH. I am

familiar with procedures and specific job responsibilities and therefore

cover all areas and handle all situations efficiently and effectively. I

am comfortable with auditing daily and monthly sales journals. I have a

firm understanding of all front desk operations and guest relations. As a

manager, I have functioned in all areas of my properties, from housekeeping

to front desk, waiter to cook, dish washer to maintenance and so on. Prior

to becoming manager, I served as an assistant manager at the Super 8. I am

also familiar with the Days Inn, Comfort Inn, Friendship Inn, and Best

Western chains.

From June 94 to May 95 I was General Manager at the Econolodge Elyria

OH. My duties there included all daily operations. I reported directly to

corporate office. I was heavily involved in our extensive renovation of

the 120-room motel. During the renovation, we also re-flagged the motel

from a Knights Inn to an Econolodge.
