Duties: Pushing 100 + pounds of heavy carts with metal rods, that has latex on them into a giant
oven. That puts them through a curing process, which hardens the latex and pushes them out of
the giant oven. I did this as a company called ML Products in Noble.
I resigned because I was supposed to be getting hired at Anheuser Busch. However some
unforeseen incidents happened. They said they would hire me, I went to take my drug test. But I
wasn’t aware it was follicle test. Which I shaved all my body hair, a habit from bodybuilding.
Which I couldn’t take the screening. I called woman in charge of human resources. And she told
it was alright and I could take it later. After my background comes in and when I was working
for them. A week passes and no call. So, I call her once a week for 4weeks, no replies and
during 4 weeks. I going up there, since I wasn’t getting any replies to talk her. She told
background checks could take a long to come in. After over 30+ days . I had to move on, I was in
a dire need of a career/income.
