Responsible for $80MM capital facility budget

2008. Full responsibility for the integration of Nioxin into the P&G family. Successfully relocated all OTC products to

outside contract manufactures during transition. Plan and directed all aspects of company operational policies, objectives and

initiatives to fulfill growth and revenue goals of the company. Participating Board Member.

Built new turnkey OTC facility –consolidated all activities under one roof $2.5MM annually savings. Received

FDA drug license, and manufactured OTC goods in house.

Created a more responsive technological (MRP) operational organization and facility resulting in over $7MM

operating savings in three years . Initiated Lean MFG programs and established performance metrics.

Planned, designed, and constructed new state of the art logistics, distribution and aerosol filling
