• 15 Years welding design and fabrication experience.

• 6 Years plumbing and heating experience circulated hot water and forced hot air.

• Certification for use of boom and scissor lifts.

• Certificates in Mil-spec soldering and cable fabrication.

• Proficient in use of snow blowers, riding lawn mowers w/PTO and various attachments, weed whackers,

trimmers and chain saws. Skilled in tile layout and repair, stone, brick and concrete work, good working

knowledge of repairing, installing taping and skim coating sheetrock. Skilled in use of all wood working

tools and carpentry repair.
