Completely responsible to Owner/CEO for all aspects of EHS process. Boh Corporation is a heavy civil
construction firm that specializes in large infrastructure projects. Completely restructured the safety process by
developing, implementing and managing new safety policies and procedures and cultural safety initiatives.
Managed 43 safety/health personnel. The safety process opened doors to new clients, lowered workers'
compensation cost and insurance experience modification rating.
Senior Construction Safety/Health Manager (Aug-2007 - May-2009)
Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing North America (TEMA), Tupelo, Mississippi
Responsible to TEMA V.P. of Safety/Health for construction safety, health, security, owner controlled insurance
program (OCIP) during the construction of Toyota's 1.8 billion dollar manufacturing facility in Blue Springs,
Mississippi. Managed internal and external safety professionals who provided safety support for 35 prime
construction contractors and over a hundred second tier subcontractors with a total workforce of approximately
2,200 workers. Accomplishments included development of Plan, Do, Check, and Act process (PDCA) cycles for
the construction safety process to provide continuous improvement. Exceeded all safety key performance
indicators.
