Insecticidal Pyrazolines"

Objective: QSAR based design, synthesis, stereochemistry. Molecular

modeling and mode of action studies of pyrazoline compounds to make them

more attractive candidate for commercialization. About 200 compounds were

prepared for lead generation and activity optimization work. One of the

candidate was commercialized in 1996 by the mutual understanding between

university and Rohm and Hass of Japan
