• Better control for producing good quality laminates ( wrinkle free, free from speckling &

adhesive spots/ tunnel free laminates. Good understanding of tension parameters of m/c for

achieving good quality laminate products)

• Running the m/c smoothly lamination slitter and keeping watch on wastage control.Trobule

shooting lamination & slitting m/c problem.

• Documenting all records filling it. PREPRATION FOR AUDITS

• Keeping watch on adhesive g.s.m of laminate with better rotogravure cylinder both

electronically engraved, mechanical, chemically itched for high gsm in liquor laminates with

use of high performance adhesive CAC 4511R/CAC4511A

• Always keep a track of BOND STRENGTH of laminated substrate with quality assurance

deptt. ( some examples. common biscuit wrappers Bopp/metalled Bopp 0.8-1N,Three ply

polyester/foil/poly 2.6-4N, Two ply polyester /poly 2.6-4 taking curing of laminate in full

consideration)

• Always keep a track of inflow & outflow

• Better accounting of laminated, finished goods in terms of adhesive consumption of particular

job dry / liquid. Keeping watch on substrate with their microns/ treatment level with proper

dyne level ( 38 dynes). If required on line corona treatment is given to enhance the bond

strength of job. Calculating yields of the products subjected to customers & accountability to

an organisation. Raising way bills & invoicing to customer.

• Keep a close watch Raw material laminated roll,slitted rolls & its effective utilization of

product with technical importance

• Above all I have gone through training for HACCP & BRC IOP FOR PACKAGING FOR
