o Completed vertical shafts firstly pilot then widening with supports 115RM

by Raise Climber and Winch at Tehri in record three and half months.

o Treated the huge Cavity at Jammu-Udhampur Railway Tunnel no 8

successfully by Multi Drift method and was appreciated by N. Railways

officials for the same.

o Completed the escalated quantities of open excavation 60000 CUM in record

one & half month including road cutting at various levels making benches

at Teesta-V Diversion site.

o Achieved more than targeted excavation in class VI rock at Tala HEP

106RM doing forepoling, blasting, rock supporting with backfill

concreting.

o River Re-grading works near Tail Race Pool at Varahi doing Under Water

blasting in running water & completed Civil works finishing RCC Lining,

Grouting, Plugging and other allied works before time well appreciated by

the Client.

o Handling the local problems/pressures in the interest of site works at

Palampur making things happen in positive direction through Negotiations

meeting different people at different levels in administration/local

Political leadership for the cause.

o Finished initial investigations (Topographical Survey and Geological

investigations), Land Identification of Two projects in Chenab valley

beyond Rohtang-Pass in first season (08 Months) establishing site

Office/Guest House and mess etc.

o Stayed in the snow bound area of Himachal Pradesh Udaipur, Keylong,

Lahoul & Spiti in 4-5 ft snow throughout Winter Season & studied the

conditions locally for future facing all the typical conditions in Sub

Zero temperatures of -20C.

o Crossed Rohtang Pass(EL-4000M) in the month of Mar'09 by tracking more

than 15 Km.

o Boiler Erection completed One Month Before the scheduled time first time

in the BHEL history also related civil & erection works completed 02

months before time.
