Inspection of welded pipe joints, Storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers &

boiler tubes by means of NDT.

Preparation of welds and maintaining traceability of weld flaws with proper inspection

reports.

Also Responsible for stage wise inspection like material identification, marking cutting,

fit-up, final weld visual, dimension check up, Leak test etc.

Detailed research on the application of ultrasonic inspections on different car components

like Traction (shaft, axles), wheels (steel rim), body (plates, bolts), motor (valves) and

gear (shaft, wheels).

Root cause analysis for collapse of Silver Bridge in 1967.

Simulation Modeling of a Gas Station:

Designed a new simulation model with consideration of multiple scenarios for profit
