I am currently managing several projects for the GSA Projects Group. Also I am managing the maintenance
and repairs full time at Todd Road Jail, East County Courthouse, East County Sheriff’s Station and other outlying
facilities. I am also managing a $300,000.00 main sewer line re-pipe of Todd Road Jail along with projects at
Moorpark Watershed Protection, a Switchgear upgrade at 3150 L.A. Ave and many smaller infrastructure
upgrades at Todd Road Jail.

I managed the purchasing, delivery and installation of Laboratory Equipment and acted as General

As Sr. Project Manager I was responsible for estimating, contract proposals, scheduling and managing multiple
high-end construction projects from Beverly Hills to Santa Monica. I was responsible for final design sign -off,
writing sub-contracts and managing the cost of all my projects.
Interface with Architects, Inspectors and Consultants. Interface with Building Officials and the Owners. I take
pride and had great success in building relationships with the Owner and the Consulting team.
UCLA FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, Project Manager, 6/02 to 6/04
I managed all phases of projects at the UCLA Campus. Direct supervision of contractors, facilities personnel
and vendors. The average workload required the daily supervision of approx. 30 team members within the
UCLA Campus in numerous buildings and labs. I ensured project completion on time and on budget.
Interface with the Fire Marshal, OSHPD Inspectors, Area Compliance Officers, Architects, Engineers and various
Design Professionals. I developed an outstanding working relationship with all of my clients.
HOUCK CONSTRUCTION, INC., SR Project Manager, 6/00 to 6/02
I was responsible for the estimating and scheduling of large high -end residential and commercial construction
projects. Responsibilities included but were not limited to; estimating, designing & implementing project
schedules, labor tracking and controlling project costs, and ensuring quality control.
Responsible for the development, issuance and tracking of security, surveillance, exterior stone and wood work
and landscape maintenance contracts.
New home construction projects ranged from 8,000 to 18,000 square feet and included custom framing,
masonry, and custom interior finishes. Construction budget ranged from $200,000.00 to $10,000,000.00.
LOS ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPT, Building Craft Supervisor, 2/91 to 6/00
I supervised Building Trades Personnel and Maintenance Staff as acting "Complex Manager" and
Superintendent at the 800,000 SF, Lynwood Regional Justice Center Facility for three years. I successfully
provided site supervision of Several Building trades such as Locksmiths, Carpenters, Painters, Masons, Tile Setters
and Maintenance Personnel. This included monitoring and assigning of the daily work orders and tracking the
staff’s progress, weekly site meetings with Central Power Plant Personnel. While assigned to this Facility during
the construction phase I was the Liaison between the Sheriff’s Dept. and Construction Team. I Represented the
Sheriff’s Facilities Department during weekly jobsite meetings with the General Contractor, County Project
Management Team and County Inspectors.
I developed a Preventative Maintenance Program in Microsoft Access to manage the preventative
maintenance for all equipment installed at Lynwood Regional Justice Center Facility. Overseen Crafts Personnel
and Maintenance Staff's production on Daily Work Orders and monitored progress of in -house projects that ran
concurrent at several Sheriff Facilities.
