manufacturing &Development of IC Engine valves of different length from 70mm – 640mm for customers like Maruti
Suzuki, Cummins, Escorts, John Deere, Ashok Leyland, Defence, Locomotive, etc. It is located at 1 st phase of Peenya
in Bangalore.
Job Responsibility Includes
To inspect produced valves as per AQL sampling plan IS2500 L2.
To inspect produced valves as per drawing & control plan.
To raise non-conformance report for rejected parts.
To monitor corrective actions implemented for in process rejection.
To carry out LAY-OUT inspection of valves as per plan.
To generate daily QA-MIS report.
To make Final inspection reports.
To set the gauges as per required dimensions.
To up date FI check list considering customer complaint.
To maintain gauges.
To make Dock audit reports.
Maintaining of documents related to receiving inspection.
To monitor CAPA exposed to customer are implemented & followed.
Maintaining 5S at work area.

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) in G.M Institute of Technology, Davangere
under V.T.U, in 2012 with an aggregate 55%.
• Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) in Sandur polytechnic, Yeshwantnagar under Department of
Technical Education Bangalore, in 2008 with an aggregate 63%.
Project performed
(i) Pneumo Robo (Pick and Place)
Objective: Compressed air is one of the most convenient source of mechanical power available for in
workshop. It is speedy, clean & safe without temp. & pollution problem air can be compressed in
closed vessels when the air compressed it can be used for lifting or placing any materials from one
place another. It is cheap & maintenance is less. In view of this unlimited scope provided by
pneumatic, this “PNENUMO ROBO” (pick & place) was designed, fabrication & put into life.
(ii) Influence of secondary filler on G-E composites laminates
Objective: Fiber reinforced polymer composites have gained substantial attention as structural engineering
materials in automotive, marine and aircraft industry as well as in civil engineering applications.
This interest is due to their outstanding mechanical properties, impact resistance, high durability and
flexibility in design capabilities and light weight.
