DESCRIPTION: Socialboards is a feedback Management System where various
companies registered their account and get different services according to
the selected plan from SocialBoards. When portal of the registered company
get ready a it gets owner right to manage their portal where customer
provide feedback regarding their services, customer can ask question,
praise, give suggestion and report problem regarding the product or
services provided by the company. This portal copy also automatically
create on facebook with a automatically generated support tab on their fan
pages. Owner create a staff and give admin right to handle portal. Admin
side of the portal contains functionality such as:
1. DashBoard: which contains total count and individual count of the
feedback message's from the registered company customer's.
2. Inbox: Contains various status of the message like feedback message
current status, type, public, private status where admin of the registered
company can change status, answer feedback message's etc.
3. Staff Logs: contains message's which are assigned to particular staff
members and their actions on message's etc.
4. Stats: Contains the overall visual presentation of the message's.
5 Facebook: Company can also run their registered portal on the facebook
fan page which also do the same functionality like portal.
6. Twitter:Company can download there feeds from there twitter wall.
7.Widgets: Contains JavaScript code which is attach on the company's own
website and also do the same functionality like portal
And it contains lots of functionalities and services for companies to
manage their customer's feedbacks.
8. Message Log: Company can track all their records and action performed on
particular record.
9.Language Integration: SocialBoards is in multiple language which makes it
user friendly.

the organization to interconnect with each other .Admin has the rights to
create managers, agents and vendors account. Admin, manager, agent can send
messages, they can upload pdf,doc,docx files mark them favorite like
gmail. Admin can add events, offices. Admin can assign manager to agents
and manager can assign agents to their vendors.
Admin can create flyers and send it to there vendors.
