* Perform as Contract Manager and Process Invitation to Quote
and Request for Quotes. Familiar with FAR -DFAR, DFAS regulations such as
CFR Parts 145, 17-21 plus 23, plus contract negotiations included in U S
Government defense contracts, for export control EAR (Export Administration
Regulations), DPL (Denied Parties List) and ITAR (International Traffic in
Arms Regulations). Contracts have covered NAVAIR Depot, North Island, San
Diego, CA. for MRO-MMU on aircraft such as F-18 Hornet, E-2 Hawkeye, C-2
Greyhound, S-3 Viking, SH-60 Seahawk and AH-1 Super Cobra.
