monitor and control the implementation of the tool and verify the results with a budget of 850K dollars. New

program was acknowledged as prime verification tool for the Space Shuttle.

• Project Manager: Communicated the advantage of improving the high fidelity Monte Carlo statistical program.

Directly managed a team of 4 to define requirements, develop scope and schedule, monitor and control the

implementation of the tool and verify the results. Project affected 5 departments with a budget of 300K. Allowed

thousands of simulations to be analyzed instead of 100. Wrote the Validation Test Document, Requirements

Document and Detailed Specification Document.

• Project Manager: Communicated the need to improve the atmosphere model. Managed team of 4 with a 200K

budget to define requirements, develop scope and schedule, monitor and control the implementation of the tool

and verify the results. Ensured Space Shuttle operating limits were calculated with best data. Wrote all program

documents.

• Project Lead: Managed the on-time development, implementation and verification of 25 updates to the high

fidelity simulation. Wrote 25 Validation Test Documents.

Process Integration: Reduced user verification process by one month.
