Solvent Accessible Surface Area calculation.

Description - RICVASA is a tool to differentiate the surface atoms and non-
surface atoms for a given 3D structure of a protein molecule. Using their
PDB coordinate files as input, this tool returns the atoms and residues on
the surface of the protein molecule which we can view in molecular viewer
tool.

relationships and time of divergence of different organisms.

Description - Molecular Clock is a tool used to calculate the timing of
evolutionary events based on the molecular clock hypothesis (MCH). By
calculating the number of substitutions, the time of divergence was
calculated using paleontological data. As output we got the time of
divergence, a phylogenetic tree & a gnuplot showing the relationship
between the divergence time and the number of substitutions.
Extra-curricular
